My New Year wishes for you

My wishes for you in 2009:

May you love and be loved, fully, undeservedly and passionately
May you let go of the past, by embracing it.
May you cherish your time
May you have courage
May you have focus
May you connect with source
May you be lead though play
May you act on your intuition
May you speak your truth
May you surround yourself only with friends who embrace your highest vision of yourself.
May you commit fully
May you not hold back
May you never give up on yourself
May you cherish the sacred, in you, in others, in nature.
May you be both successful and happy, and not put off one for the other.
May you have both peace and prosperity, and not forfeit one for the other
May you be more gentle with yourself and others and have less rules.
May you honour your body, you spirit and your life purpose

In short:

May you choose heaven instead of hell, with every breath and every thought.

Wishing you a sacred time now with friends and family and in the coming year

With love,
Jena

12 days of dreaming - day 4

On the 4th day of dreaming
I bring you the 4 essential questions to ask yourself each time you need to make a decision.

Whenever you are presented with any kind of a decision, it could be a decision to embrace an idea or to start a business, or it could be a decision about any situation or opportunity that comes into your life, simply ask yourself these 4 questions:

Is this thing something that I want to be, do or have?
Is being doing or having this going to take me in the direction I wish to go?
Is being, doing or having this in harmony with the laws of the universe (will it add life to me and to others?)
Is being, doing or having this going to violate the rights of others? (ie. Does it take away their ability to make a choice?)

If the answer is ‘yes’ to the first three questions and ‘no’ to the forth then let nothing else hold you back. Commit fully to the decision and act on it immediately.

This technique comes from David Neagle.
David says that most people get stuck here because they ask:
How is it going to happen.? It is not your job to know how! A leap of faith is required. Once you decide you are going to do something all of the ways of how you are going to do this, all the opportunities to make it happen begin to show up, but only if you commit fully. The trick also is to see these opportunities for what they are and embrace them as they arise.

We are raised to listen to the voice of caution, to concerns, fears, irrational beliefs and this flips us back in the direction we don’t wish to go in.
Do you have the awareness to see the gift in whatever it is you are attracting? If you do, you can transform your life really quickly. (Everything you attract is an opportunity, where is the hidden gift?)

Listen to my interview with David and take advantage of his 2 incredible gifts downloadable here.

Here's a big tip: generally whatever you are resisting most is your next step.

How come?

Whenever you ask a question, the answer is already in front of you.
If you are not seeing what this is, you are resisting changing something.
Generally the next step is whatever you are resisting most!

To summarise the process:
If you ask for something you are given an opportunity to grow towards what you seek.

The trick is:
Recognise the opportunity (you either do or don’t)
Make a committed decision (if you procrastinate it takes longer)
Learn to adapt and grow so that you can see the next opportunity….

If you don’t see the opportunity or act on it, there will always be another.
The only difference is it will take longer to get to where you want to be.

What is controlling your decision making with regard to where you are taking your own life?

As Napoleon Hill said, ‘Somewhere in your makeup there lies sleeping the seed of achievement which if aroused and put into action will carry you to heights you may never had hoped to attain.’

How to become aware of your inner spark? The highest expression of who you are?
How can you positively impact on other people’s lives? What is it that you can offer to the world? Your life purpose is visible in your fingerprints. To find out more, go here

Happy dreaming!

The 12 days of dreaming - day 3

I've been thinking about this 12 day thing...
I must be mad!
How am I going to keep this up?
; )

Also, what does Christmas mean to many of the people on
this planet? Am I being exclusionary? Hopefully not!

So......rethink!

Actually, this is about Winter solstice, the rebirth of the sun
in the Northern Hemisphere, the start of a New Year and the
big dreaming that each of us needs to do to dream up our next
12 months and beyond.
(How this impacts on those of you in the Southern Hemisphere
I have no idea. We live in a global village and share the same calendar,
so in a sense it does apply. Maybe mark your own Winter Solstice (end June)
in your calendar and redo this dreaming then for extra effect.
As they say in the classics: what doesn't kill fattens! It certainly won't do any harm!)

Anyway, back to our 12 days of dreaming.

Today is the third day of dreaming.

Today I bring you the parable of the three big rocks:

(I got this from Jenna Avery, who got it from Sonia Choquette
who got it from Stephen Covey, author of The Seven Habits of
Highly Effective People who got it from.....)

Three Big Rocks
A time management guru put a large wide-mouthed jar on the table.
Then he put 3 large rocks carefully into the jar. When the jar was packed to the top,
he asked, "Is this jar full?"
Everyone watching said, "Yes."

"Really?" he said, and began to add pebbles into the jar.
The group watched as the pebbles worked themselves down into the spaces
between the big rocks. Then he asked again, "Is this jar full?"
By this time, the group had caught on. "Maybe not," they said. "Good!" he answered.
Then he added sand to the jar and filled in the spaces left between the rocks and the pebbles. Again he asked, "Is this jar full?" "No!" they shouted.
"Good!" said the guru. Then he took a jug of water and began to pour water into the jar until it was full to the brim.

"What's the point?" he asked?
Someone said, "No matter how full your schedule is,
if you try really hard you can always fit more things in."

"No," said the guru. "The Truth is: If you don't put the big rocks in first, you will never get them in at all!"

We have to pick out what our "Big Rocks" are , organize our priorities around those, and only then look at what else we want to add into the remaining spaces of our lives.

So how do we do this?

Focus on manifesting no more than 3 big things in the coming year. Let everything else fit in around these 3 main goals.

One big rock for health, one big rock for wealth, one big rock for happiness.

Part 2 of this email: Getting to the core of your goals:

Are your goals really what you want?

"The hand will not reach what the heart does not long for."

With each goal ask this question: If I achieved this goal what would it give me that I don't have now? Then ask, if I had this quality what would it give me that I don't have now?
Keep asking this question till you get to the source of whatyour heart really desires.
Warning: if you don't do this exercise the goals you set might be taking you don't the wrong path! (This technique comes from Jack Zufelt. I'll discuss this in more detail on day 5.)

To explore your big dreams more, and what you have come to this planet
to accomplish, consider having your hands analysed in the coming year.
